2008 World Class Customer Service Awards presented by Metro LexusFor 27 years, Ambiance has been dedicated to providing an exquisite shopping experience to our customers. We have focused on making sure that our customers are made to feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated. We are constantly looking for new and better ways to provide you with the kind of great customer service that seems to be a lost art these days.

  • Our guiding policy when it comes to training is 'Think Like a Customer'. Without being able to empathize with your wants, needs and desires, we cannot give you the best experience possible.
  • We established a list of mandatory customer service standards.
  • All of our store employees must complete a 6-week training program, culminating in a 22-page exam, before they earn the title of 'Certified Romance Consultant'.
  • We utilize a shopping service to make sure the customer service standards are met.
  • We keep open lines of communications with our customers. Between emails, phone calls, letters and comments in the store, we always listen to you.

We are very proud of this award. And we realize that it is only achievable because of you; our customers. Your input, your openness, your loyalty have inspired us, and taught us how to make sure you get the most out of your visit to Ambiance.  Without our great relationship we couldn't have made it this far!
