Each new Ambiance employee is throughly trained in product knowledge, customer service and store operations. Each trainee is then extensively tested before they can achieve the title of Certified Romance Consultant. It is the job of the Romance Consultant to help each customer find the products that best compliments their wants, needs and desires.
